What you can expect

What you'll do

• Monitoring contacts (e-mail exchange);
• Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities;
• Creating reports based in your findings;
• Promoting actions to optimize the achievement of Key Performance Indicators;
• Providing feedback to CSRs (aligned with the Supervisors) and identifying training needs with the Trainer.

What you'll need

• Native written and verbal communication skills in German;
• Good level of English Level minimum C1 (mandatory);
• Interest, passion and solid experience as QA, understands costumer service business and trends;
• Experience in Beauty/cosmetics Industry (desirable);
• Learn fast, agile and adaptable skills;
• Curious and sharp analytical mindset.
