What you can expect

As a Customer Care for Online Marketing, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving issues faced by business customers, partners, clients, or internal stakeholders related to online marketing products and services. Your primary role will involve troubleshooting issues, providing effective solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll communicate with customers via chat, email, or phone, and help with inquiries concerning account information, payments, and online marketing products.

What you'll do

  • As a Customer Care for Online Marketing, you’ll analyze issues of business customers, partners, clients or internal stakeholder’s and resolve them;
  • Address issues via chat, email or phone channels, following operating procedures;
  • Close customer inquiries regarding online marketing products, troubleshoot issues per process specifications;
  • Assist users in recovering account information and in payment related issues;
  • Adapt existing processes to craft alternate solutions, or escalate critical or more complex queries to the next level for resolution.

What you'll need

  • Excellent communication skills in German;
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred);
  • As a Customer Care for Online Marketing, you’ll need a minimum 6 months of relevant customer care experience;
  • General understanding of online marketing products/services;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Dynamic and organized.
