Account Manager for Reddit – German speaker

What you'll do

Own and manage a portfolio of direct clients or agency partners, driving business growth through strategic planning, campaign optimization, and proactive client engagement. Act as a trusted advisor and the key point of contact for Reddit advertising success.

Our client

Reddit is the front page of the internet. An American social news aggregation, web content rating, and discussion website. Registered members submit content to the site such as links, text posts, images, and videos, which are then voted up or down by other members. Posts are organized by subject into user-created boards, which cover a variety of topics such as news, politics, religion, science, movies, video games, music, books, sports, fitness, cooking, pets, and image-sharing.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of digital advertising and the competitive landscape;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients;
• Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems;
• Strong data-driven approach to analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies;
• Understanding of Reddit communities and user behavior a plus.

Minimum Requirements

• Native or C1/C2 German speaker + good English written & verbal;
• 2/3+years of experience in B2B account management or a related field in marketing (agency, marketing manager);
• Proven track record of exceeding quota attainment and consistently meeting sales targets;
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients and maintaining positive relationships.
