Your Role
Responsibility
- Deletion and blocking of content, as well as filtering, organizing and evaluating information;
- Ad and Video reviewing;
- Reviewing account access tickets and user support;
- Strong critical and contextual thinking skills;
- Comfortable with viewing disturbing content and discussing difficult subjects clearly and calmly.
Your Profile
- Native level written and verbal communication skills in Spanish;
- Fluency in both written and verbal English (preferably B2);
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinking;
- Strong team player;
- Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed;
- Experience with social media management and business intelligence tools (nice to have).
