Our Client

Foot Locker has a solid position in the sportswear industry with a global presence in 28 countries and almost 2.000 stores worldwide. It was founded in 1988 in the United States and is present in America, Europe, Asia and Middle East regions.

Responsibility

  • Provide a customer-friendly service by showing interest in the customer, guaranteeing a positive relationship with the brand;
  • Create opportunities to impress and engage with the customers, approaching all their questions and doubts;
  • Manage customer queries about their orders and access to their accounts, payments, and stock availability.

Your Profile

  • Familiarity with online advertising products and social media (preferential);
  • Basic computer skills;
  • +1 year working in a customer support related role (preferential);
  • Native Dutch speaker and minimum B2 English level required;
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and listening skills;
  • Ability to solve customer problems;
  • Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving SMB needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform;
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Our Offer

  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Schedule availability: 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Employment contract;
  • Remuneration: basic salary plus food subsidy;
