What you'll do
- As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customer’s needs by ordering supplies and issuing messages;
- Answer calls from customers relating to the company’s services;
- Process pick up orders;
- Provide shipping information and quotations;
- Track packages and request proof of delivery.
What you'll need
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
- Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory);
- As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll need great listening and communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Aptitude for problem-solving;
- Dynamism and team spirit;
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
