What you'll do

  • As a Customer Service Representative for Salt, you’ll provide customer service with the highest level of kindness and professionalism;
  • Assist, by phone or email, any of the customer’s questions and concerns regarding the products, contract issues and mobile bundle;
  • Answer to payment transactions and invoice queries;
  • Advice on current mobile phones, as well as give technical support;
  • Advice to existing and potential clients on tariffs and current offers;
  • Provide recommendations on additional options and do a reliable management of customer data.

What you'll need

  • Native or near native Italian speaker;
  • Proficient oral and written communication in English (minimum B2 level);
  • Excellent communication skills as a Customer Service Representative for Salt;
  • Customer-oriented;
  • Pro-active in promoting effective problem solving;
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
