What you'll do

• As a Customer Service for Tobacco Company, you’ll do customer support via telephone and email;
• Effective support for questions, regarding the use and maintenance of the smoking device;
• Provision of technical support, regarding the device or the brand’s website;
• Providing information and possible troubleshooting.

What you'll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French;
• Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory);
• Demonstrates sympathy and empathy;
• As a Customer Service for Tobacco Company, you’ll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Team spirit;

• Flexibility and resilience;
• Fast learning capacity;
• Experience in telephone customer service/ call center environment (preferred).
