What you can expect
As a Customer and Technical Support, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to the German market via chat. You will assist customers with troubleshooting, installing, and synchronizing software and devices, while also providing expert advice on branded products. You will utilize a translation tool to communicate effectively with German-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless experience and resolution to their queries.
What you'll do
- Customer and Technical support over chat, you will be supporting the German market with the help of a translation tool;
- Provide assistance to products, installing and synchronizing software and devices;
- Effective assistance and advice when purchasing branded products.
What you'll need
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2 level) and good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level);
- High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate);
- 1 year of previous experience (Preferred);
- Previous Salesforce CRM experience (Preferred);
- Knowledge of gaming products (Preferred);
- Multi-tasking skills systems & platforms;
- Proficiency with using a computer system and Microsoft Office.
