What you can expect

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement engaging employee programs and initiatives;

  • Analyze data to measure employee sentiment and drive continuous improvement;

What you'll need

  • Higher Education degree in Business, Communication or a related field (preferential);
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (minimum B2);
  • Good MS Office skills;
  • A passionate advocate for employee engagement and experience;
  • Creative problem solver and innovative thinking;
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly conduct;
  • Experience with employee surveys and engagement metrics is a plus.
