French speaker Quality Analyst for Microsoft project (m/f)

Your Role

Responsibility

• Monitoring all contacts between Agents and customers (emails and chats);
• Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities;
• Creating reports based in your findings;
• Promoting actions to optimize the achievement of Key Performance Indicators;
• Providing feedback to CSRs (aligned with the Supervisors) and identifying training needs with the Trainer.

Your Profile

• Native/near native French speakers;
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level);
• Interest and passion for Quality (experience is a plus);
• Solid experience in contact center, understands contact center business and trends;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point);
• Achievement oriented and customer oriented;
• Good communication skills;
• Diversity orientation and judgement capability;
