What you can expect

What you'll do

  • Designing and developing materials such as courses, e-learning modules, assessments and multimedia content for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical;
  • Analyzing employee learning needs and partnering with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content;
  • Supporting planning skills assessments and training;
  • Collaborating with trainers to facilitate training during introduction of new courses;
  • Developing and monitoring metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness;
  • Stay abreast of trends in instructional design and educational technology to provide innovative solutions and recommendations (new tools, AI and interactive media).

What you'll need

  • Higher Education Degree in Design, Educational Technology or a related field (preferential);
  • Good Knowledge in instructional design software (e.g., Vyond, Synthesia, Active Presenter, Easygenerator or Learning Management Systems)
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders;
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in designing engaging content;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
