Quality Analyst for Gaming industry – French speaker

What you can expect

What you'll do

• Content moderator;
• Monitoring contacts (e-mail exchange);
• Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities;
• Creating reports based in your findings;
• Promoting actions to optimize the achievement of Key Performance Indicators;
• Providing feedback to CSRs (aligned with the Supervisors) and identifying training needs with the Trainer.

What you'll need

• Native/near native French speakers;
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level);
• Previous experience as a QA and Content moderator, understands costumer service business and trends;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point);
• Analytic profile and good communication skills;
• Diversity orientation and judgement capability;
• Fast learning and analytical ability.
