What you will do
- Ensuring the team’s development, monitoring and evaluation;

- Managing the team daily, according to internal policies;
- Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators;
- Developing action plans for continuous improvement.
What you will need
- Fluent in French (mandatory);
- English (B2 level);
- Interest and passion for managing teams (experience is a plus);
- Solid experience in contact center, understands contact center business, trends and sales.
