What you can expect

What you'll do

• Motivate, lead and guide the team to reach their highest potential both in terms of service metrics and career goals;
• Ensure both individual and team productivity, manage performance, provide floor assistance and real-time coaching;
• Analyze data to identify performance trends and opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Work with the team to create meaningful development plans and deliver feedback.

What you'll need

• Fluency in English (C1 minimum);
• Fluency in a second language such as Spanish, Italian, French or German (minimum C1) -Mandatory;
• Solid experience in ads sales environment (ex: Google ads, Facebook ads, Tik Tok Ads);
• Solid experience managing teams (not necessarily in contact center environment);
• Professional maturity, ability and confidence in communicate with clients and stress resistance.
