Trainer for Social Media project

What you can expect

Are you passionate about training and developing people and have previous experience doing so?

You will be responsible for welcoming newcomers to our project and providing them with initial training sessions regarding their new position.

You will also be responsible for following up on their performance on the job, identifying training needs and implementing continuous training plans.

This role deals with content that can be emotionally difficult to handle for some people. We don’t want anyone in this role who doesn’t find dangerous sexual, violent, or harmful content problematic; on the other hand, the role is not advisable for people who find this type of content too emotionally damaging and/or draining.

What you'll do

• Identifying training needs;
• Preparing and developing training material;
• Providing training regarding hard and soft skills, initial and ongoing;
• Analyzing the trainee’s results;
• Contribute to the success of the project, improving the knowledge and skills of the content moderators.

What you'll need

• Fluency in English (C1 minimum);
• Availability to work from the office;
• Experience as a Trainer (preferred);
• Resilience, proactivity and charisma;
• Comfortable talking about sensitive topics such as violence, suicide, war, etc;
• Ability to work with multiple platforms at the same time.
