What you can expect

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to retain and expand this book of business by identifying new growth opportunities and ensuring clients consistently receive exceptional value from our cybersecurity solutions.

Our Client

Our client a leading cybersecurity company specializing in advanced threat protection solutions for businesses and consumers. The organization offers a comprehensive suite of products, including endpoint security, email protection, and real-time malware defense, with a focus on performance, ease of use, and customer support.

What you'll do

  • Retain and expand an existing book of business by identifying growth opportunities and delivering consistent value to clients;
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities through strategic, data-informed assessments and pipeline analysis;
  • Build strong client relationships via proactive outbound calls and video meetings, effectively showcasing the full range and quality of the company’s products and services;
  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on revenue growth, customer engagement, and activity benchmarks;
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, generate customer quotes, process orders efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams to drive partner and customer success.

What you'll need

  • Native level Swedish speaker;
  • Fluent in English – minimum B2 is mandatory;
  • Energetic customer focused individuals with great communication skills via phone and email;
  • Well organized and detail oriented people, accurate record keeping is essential to the success of the role;
  • Experience is Sales;
  • Team spirit and ability to work in a challenging changing environment;
