What you can expect
We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Customer Care to support business customers, partners, clients, and internal stakeholders within the online marketing domain. In this role, you will analyze and resolve various inquiries related to marketing products, account access, and payment processes, ensuring high-quality support across multiple communication channels.
What you'll do
- As a Customer Care for Online Marketing, you’ll analyze issues of business customers, partners, clients or internal stakeholder’s and resolve them;
- Address issues via chat, email or phone channels, following operating procedures;
- Close customer inquiries regarding online marketing products and troubleshoot issues per process specifications;
- Assist users in recovering account information and in payment related issues;
- Adapt existing processes to craft alternate solutions, or escalate critical or more complex queries to the next level for resolution.
What you'll need
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew;
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred);
- As a Customer Care for Online Marketing, you’ll need a minimum 6 months of relevant customer care experience;
- General understanding of online marketing products/services;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Dynamic and organized.
