What you'll do

• As a Customer Service for a Food Delivery App, you’ll do customer support to riders, partner drivers, restaurants, eaters, couriers;
• Assist, by phone, email or chat, any of the customer’s questions and concerns regarding the service;
• Ensure customer satisfaction, by presenting creative solutions to their issues;
• Guarantee a positive service experience through verbal communication;
• Provide recommendations to engage with customers’ needs.

What you'll need

• Native Italian speaker;
• Good level of English (minimum B2);
• As a Customer Service for a Food Delivery App, you’ll need experience in customer service (preferred);
• Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;
• Problem-solver;
• Ability to control and drive direction of call with customers in several situations;
• Capacity to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
