What you'll do

  • As a Customer Service for Marketplace, you’ll gather important information;
  • Identify troubleshoot issues;
  • Perform triage requests;
  • Provide communications support between teams and business partners;
  • Share insights during official meeting check-ins, in order to improve processes.

What you'll need

  • As a Customer Service for Marketplace, you’ll need one to three years’ experience in customer service;
  • Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
  • Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory);
  • Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience interaction;
  • Exceptional communication skills with grammar and typing accuracy;
  • Be attentive to customers, recognize their needs and offer them an appropriate solution;
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team;
  • Great listener and problem solver with analytical skills;
  • Ability to educate customers on policy and product questions;
  • Capable of reading developer documentation that might be more technical than a normal support manual;
  • Basic Excel knowledge.
