Customer Service Representative – German speaker

What you can expect

What you'll do

• As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customer’s needs by ordering supplies and issuing messages;
• Answer calls from customers relating to the company’s services;
• Process pick up orders;
• Provide shipping information and quotations;
• Track packages and request proof of delivery.

What you'll need

• Native German speaker;
• Fluency in English – minimum B1 level (mandatory);
• As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll need great listening and communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Aptitude for problem-solving;
• Dynamism and team spirit;
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
