What you can expect
What you'll do
- As a Customer Support for Fashion Retail, you’ll assist customers issues, regarding their returns or their orders via email or phone;
- Help customers to register online and/or to process their orders;
- Deal with complaints and escalation process when necessary;
- Able to deal with customers with late returns and faulty goods;
- Liaise with shipping department over issues raised by customers, regarding either orders or returns;
- Liaise with Finance for any accounting enquiries and flag accounting issues raised by customers;
- Maintain a high level of service awareness at all time;
- Help customers with product enquiries.
What you'll need
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
- Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory);
- As a Customer Support for Fashion Retail, you’ll need previous experience in customer service environment (preferred);
- Passion for fashion and trends;
- Capable of accessorizing and providing styling advice;
- Demonstrate ability to handle and resolve complaints;
- Help customers with product enquiries.
