What you can expect

What you'll do

  • As a Customer Support for Fashion Retail, you’ll assist customers issues, regarding their returns or their orders via email or phone;
  • Help customers to register online and/or to process their orders;
  • Deal with complaints and escalation process when necessary;
  • Able to deal with customers with late returns and faulty goods;
  • Liaise with shipping department over issues raised by customers, regarding either orders or returns;
  • Liaise with Finance for any accounting enquiries and flag accounting issues raised by customers;
  • Maintain a high level of service awareness at all time;
  • Help customers with product enquiries.

What you'll need

  • Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
  • Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory);
  • As a Customer Support for Fashion Retail, you’ll need previous experience in customer service environment (preferred);
  • Passion for fashion and trends;
  • Capable of accessorizing and providing styling advice;
  • Demonstrate ability to handle and resolve complaints;
  • Help customers with product enquiries.
