What you can expect

As a Sales Strategist for Google Ads, you will play a key role in collaborating with agency partners to deliver optimal advertising solutions for their clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic advice and help agencies maximize their return on investment (ROI) through tailored Google Ads campaigns. In this consultative role, you will work closely with both internal teams and agency partners to ensure that campaigns are optimized and that clients receive exceptional service.

What you'll do

  • As a Sales Strategist for Google Ads, you’ll assist in identifying and applying the appropriate advertising solutions by collaborating with agency Partners;
  • Provide strategic advice and help agencies to get the best ROI on their clients’ advertising investment;
  • Work closely with clients in a consultative role;
  • Consistently deliver against assigned quota, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer sales experience to Agencies;
  • Implement creative ways to improve Google’s Agency relationships;
  • Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and upsell or promote other Google products;
  • Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used;
  • Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.

What you'll need

  • Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in German;
  • Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (C1);
  • Consultative solution selling in B2B environment, preferably for advertising products;
  • As a Sales Strategist for Google Ads, you’ll need experience building or managing online advertising campaigns;
  • Familiarity with SEM, SEO, Social Media Marketing and Analytics;
  • Outgoing and confident in outbound phone sales with a great phone manner;
  • Able to handle a complex sales cycle that will have multiple contacts within a company;
  • Proven success in acquiring new clients, as well as experience in cold calling and presenting sales pitches.
