Beauty Advisor – German speaker

What you can expect

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Care & Beauty Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer requests related to information and complaints while providing outstanding service and personalized beauty advice. You’ll be engaging with customers across multiple communication channels and turning every interaction into a chance to impress and build strong brand loyalty.

What you'll do

• Manage customer requests relating to Information and Complaints;
• Create opportunities to impress and engage with the customers;
• Maintain different channels active (live chat, phone, email, webforms, Social 1:1);
• Provide excellent solution and service;
• Provide product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner.

What you'll need

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German;
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level) is required;
• Customer orientation, problem solving skills and teamwork;
• Good IT skills;
• Availability to work on shifts;
• Previous experience in Customer Service;
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and high focus on customer satisfaction;
• Prior knowledge in Cosmetics and Luxury sector;
• Knowledge and experience with digital and social media.
