What you can expect
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll manage customer requests through email, chat, and phone. You’ll handle back-office tasks, make outbound calls to support customer success, and keep accurate records in the CRM. Meeting goals, following company policies, updating management, and escalating issues when needed are key parts of the role.

What you'll do
- Respond to customer requests through multiple channels such as email, chat, contact forms, and phone calls;
- Handle back-office activities, including making outbound calls as needed;
- Make proactive outgoing calls to promote products, ensure customer success, gather feedback, and support company goals;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using the internal CRM system;
- Meet objectives, comply with policies, and adhere to deadlines set by management;
- Provide regular updates to management on daily activities and escalate inquiries to the appropriate teams when necessary.
What you'll need
- Native level written and verbal communication skills in Dutch;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Education and experience: 3+ years of business experience, including at least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service department with a proven track record of success (nice to have);
- Focus on achieving quality results and meeting assigned tasks, coupled with an eagerness to learn and improve;
- Commercially minded, customer-friendly, professional, and results oriented, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Strong all-around skills in administrative and organizational tasks, with general computer knowledge (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Salesforce) and internet proficiency.
