What you'll do
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every single opportunity, as a result of your commitment, passion and dedication to excellence;
- As a Customer Service for Healthcare, you’ll place orders from customers on the online shopping website;
- Create opportunities and value for employees, clients, customers, communities, and shareholders.
What you'll need
- Italian near native speaker (C2 Level);
- Good level of English (minimum B2);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on reading comprehension, sentence structure, spelling and grammar;
- Customer service experience (preferred);
- As a Customer Service for Healthcare, you’ll need ability to communicate with customers;
- Experience in a contact center environment;
- Creative decision making skills and proven ability to work independently.
