What you can expect

What you'll do

  • Customer and Technical support over chat, you will be supporting the German market with the help of a translation tool;
  • Provide assistance to products, installing and synchronizing software and devices;
  • Effective assistance and advice when purchasing branded products.

What you'll need

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2 level) and good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level);
  • High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate);
  • 1 year of previous experience (Preferred);
  • Previous Salesforce CRM experience (Preferred);
  • Knowledge of gaming products (Preferred);
  • Multi-tasking skills systems & platforms;
  • Proficiency with using a computer system and Microsoft Office.
