What you can expect

What you'll do

  • As a Sales Strategist for Google Ads, you’ll assist in identifying and applying the appropriate advertising solutions by collaborating with agency Partners;
  • Provide strategic advice and help agencies to get the best ROI on their clients’ advertising investment;
  • Work closely with clients in a consultative role;
  • Consistently deliver against assigned quota, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer sales experience to Agencies;
  • Implement creative ways to improve Google’s Agency relationships;
  • Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and upsell or promote other Google products;
  • Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used;
  • Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.

What you'll need

  • Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in German;
  • Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (C1);
  • Consultative solution selling in B2B environment, preferably for advertising products;
  • As a Sales Strategist for Google Ads, you’ll need experience building or managing online advertising campaigns;
  • Familiarity with SEM, SEO, Social Media Marketing and Analytics;
  • Outgoing and confident in outbound phone sales with a great phone manner;
  • Able to handle a complex sales cycle that will have multiple contacts within a company;
  • Proven success in acquiring new clients, as well as experience in cold calling and presenting sales pitches.
